A Mentoring Pathway for Alumni of Leadership Edge Accelerated Pathways

LEAP Communities is the discipleship community for Leadership Edge Accelerated Pathways graduates.  This pathway assists alumni members to more fully grow as transformational leaders.

Members will continue their pursuit of “next level leadership" by developing the character and lifestyle needed to lead in ways that transform their life, work and the marketplace.

LEAP Communities meetings involve online & in-person peer-to-peer discussions on leadership principles, case studies about the member’s own LEAP projects, and other leadership resources.


Format of Meetings

  • Monthly meetings occur from September to July in the following format:
    • Zoom Online Meetings - facilitated group coaching sessions
    • Home Meetings - once in the fall, winter, spring and summer
  • Meeting Highlights
    • Session discussions include revisited LEAP topics, and also new topics
    • Case studies on work, mission and leadership
    • LEAP Project progress check-up and input
    • Mentoring groups with group projects
    • Questions for group coaching on leadership challenges
    • Small groups facilitated by Alumni members
    • Special guest facilitators

Membership - 1-year membership

The membership will provide your 1-year membership for Sept-July.  The yearly fee will provide for consulting fees, social events, materials, Zoom web conference services, Members Only section of the website for resources (in development, and other program costs.  


Goals of the Pathway

Establish a leader-discipling community

To learn from each other in community, and from other transformational leaders, while gathering socially and in supportive community

Further apply the tools, methods & skills

We share valuable tools and skills needed for impactful leadership. New methods will also be proposed and tested by the group to create new prototypes of creating with God, reviving culture, and leading like Jesus

Provide a forum for leadership dialogue

To further develop the practices of transformational leadership by sharing  lessons learned with each other, and hearing from those further down the road

Follow-up project execution

Project follow-up will occur on the execution of the individual projects. We will case study various projects, discuss the obstacles, determine and share the tools needed, draw on specific expertise, etc.
